U.S. Senate denies funds for ‘pimp loving’ ACORN

I find it amazing when the state-run media and the loons on the left question the people when they demand where their hard earned tax money is being spent… For years ACORN has been funded on the backs of the tax payer, and for years they have been a consistent criminal enterprise, protected by the Democrat party. (If your really want your stomach to turn, check out the amount of funds designated to ACORN by the Democrats in the stimulus bill here.)
Well, it seems that America is waking up. Breaking news today indicates that the US Senate has denied federal housing funds for ACORN, with only 7 senators voting against the amendment.
Who were the 7 vile senators who would actually vote for ACORN to continue to rob the citizens of their taxes in order to commit acts such as encouraging prostitution rings, whore houses, and tax evasion? Their names are below…
- Dick Durbin (D-IL)
- Roland Burris (D-IL)
- Robert Casey (D-PA)
- Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)
- Patrick Leahy (D-VT)
- Bernie Sanders (I-VT)
- Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI)
I hope these Senators just sealed their fate, and are booted out in the next election - Despicable.

Oh Yeah, just in case you forgot where Obama came from…
One of Barack Obama’s first big “community organizer” jobs involved ACORN in 1992. Obama also trained ACORN employees. He represented ACORN in court. Obama worked with and protested with ACORN. His campaign donated $800,000 to ACORN in 2008 for voter registration efforts.
And, ACORN even canvassed for Obama last year
Burris and Durbin are Democrats from the great state of Illinois – no surprise there.
Sanders is an independent on-the-record socialist and Leahy is a committed Democratic liberal. Both are from Vermont, the most liberal state in the U.S. – no surprise there.
Casey is a Democrat from Pa. His father was strongly pro-life. I doubt if the father would have voted like the son. Casey’s vote surprised me.
I think Gillibrand took Hillary’s seat in NY and I don’t know Whitehouse from Rhode Island.
So all are Democrats except for one independent (a socialist) and 5 are from the Northeast, the most liberal part of our country. 2 are from Illinois, the state that has given us Chicago politics. Even California’s Senators Boxer and Feinstein voted in favor of cutting off funding.
I agree, it is atrocious that any federal funds go to an organization like ACORN.
