Obama’s Attack on Freedom of Speech – Fairness Doctrine Revisited
President Obama has more czars than I can keep up with, but let me introduce you to newly appointed Chief Diversity Officer, Mark Lloyd, who is yet another worshipper of the liberal’s totalitarian ideas… Unfortunately, Glenn Beck and the Heritage Foundation are reporting of new efforts by Lloyd to implement the ‘liberal facist’ Fairness Doctrine again.
That’s right, more attacks on freedom of speech from the Obama administration and his left-wing cronies who hate the idea of Americans hearing an alternate opinion than those of the left. Is it any doubt that their chief desire is to massively increase government in order to grab more freedoms belonging to the citizens of the United States? – You would have to be ignorant not to see it.
Obama’s Chief Diversity Officer Lloyd, is promoting the following below in the name of diversity… (emphasis mine)
Local public broadcasters and regional and national communications operations should be required to encourage and broadcast diverse views and programs.
And CNS news reported the following back on August 14th on the issue…
Mark Lloyd, newly appointed Chief Diversity Officer of the Federal Communications Commission, has called for making private broadcasting companies pay licensing fees equal to their total operating costs to allow public broadcasting outlets to spend the same on their operations as the private companies do.
Lloyd presented the idea in his 2006 book, Prologue to a Farce: Communications and Democracy in America, published by the University of Illinois Press.
So lets get this straight, so that we all can understand the mind of liberals… Freedom of speech, which is guaranteed in our Constitution under the 1st Amendment is not as important as diversity in speech. Essentially what Lloyd is saying is that government should force national communications operations to promote diverse views and programs. (read the 1st comment again) This is anything but freedom of the press as defined in the 1st Amendment.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. – 1st Amendment of the US Constitution
That’s right, essentially in the minds of these men, it is acceptable for the Constitution to be trashed as long as diversity is elevated… Why do I say this? Because it is clear to me from the law above that Government shall not infringe upon the freedom of speech or the freedom of the press, of which this totalitarian idea would absolutely fall within…
So lets be clear, this is an attempt to use diversity as a tool to push liberal ideas on the majority of Americans in order to humiliate them into accepting. This statement above is clear mafia politics, where the citizens agree to the suppression of their free speech for fear that they will be called a racist, as defined by being against diversity in talk radio. It is despicable to say the least.

Diversity Officer is a Code name for Diversity Fascist. No whites or conservatives need apply for media jobs. Having spent 4 decades in a corporation with a VP of Diversity and Inclusion and a variety of support staff, I know exactly what their goal is – to make sure that the company places a prioity on hiring and promoting blacks and Hispanics, females, and homosexuals. If you are a white straight male, you are at the bottom of the barrel. This Diversity nonsense is so blatantly unconstitutional and unjust, it staggers the mind to think it is legal. With respect to employment within and outside of the media, we should be indifferent to color, gender, sexuality, and political beliefs. Remember that Affirmative Action’s flip side is discrimination against someone because of his or her birth characteristics. This Mark Lloyd is a dangerous ethnocentrist whose goal is to apply the grossly misnamed Fairness Doctrine by another less obvious but just as venial route. Rev Wright taught Obama well.
