Understanding our Money and the Federal Reserve Nightmare!
“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies . . . If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] . . . will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered . . . The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.” — Thomas Jefferson
Over the next month, I plan to spend some time posting on our monetary system within the United States and the disaster that has become of our money. I believe this is all due to the fractional reserve banking system, that has been perfected by the Federal Reserve since the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, and the final removal of the gold standard by President Nixon.
The single greatest threat to our prosperity and future happiness of our children depends on this one topic, and it cannot be overlooked by any thinking American. Have you every thought about what has happened to our country in regards to personal debt? Why we as a people and a country, are so in debt to the international banks, and continue to increase our indebtedness year after year. Have you thought about why prices are continuing to climb and salaries are staying stagnate or lowering all together?
It is not the free market that has created this phenomenon. It is the intervention of the government into the banking system, that has cooperated with the international bankers to create a monetary system that is unjust, immoral, and outright dangers. To be blunt, it is robbery of the people without them even knowing it.
There is no other set of instructional videos I have come across that has better explained the banking and monetary system that Chris Martenson from www.chrismartenson.com. I recommend you take his ‘crash course‘ today, you will not regret it.
I leave you with a video from the Congressional floor, explaining how much debt our Congress is consuming…
Cheers Thinking Patriots,
Jason

I’m looking at Martenson’s website and videos now.
A website I’ve found to be helpful for understanding the crisis is National Economy.
