Warren Buffet Slams ‘Cap and Trade’ as Tax on All Americans!
Warren Buffett, once an Obama Zombie, is singing a different tune about the liberal Democrats ‘Cap and Poverity’, oops I mean ‘Cap and Trade’ bill that is being slammed through Congress. It seems Warren Buffett has finally woken up to the ridiculous economic notions of our liberal friends. (Check out his video below)
The ‘Cap and Trade’ bill is now over 1200 pages in length, based on ridiculous global warming science that is nothing more than baloney. This is nothing new for the Democrats, almost every bill they push through is based on baloney ideas, but this one takes the cake. Below is the real story on the bill based on CBO (Congressional Budget Office) and Heritage Foundation analysis.
- Guaranteed Lower Economic Growth to the tune of approximately 9.6 trillion dollars in GDP.
- Estimated 1,105,000 jobs LOST
- Peak unemployment rises by 500k to 2.5 million without jobs
- It will cause fuel prices, electricity prices, and gas prices to rise sharply for every American
- It will cost families over $3,000 per year in additional costs
- It will be susceptible to more government corruption (Great! just what we need!)
- It will outsource more manufacturing jobs overseas
- Based on false science!
All in all, it will be a disaster for our economy… but it sure does grow big government, and places more power in politician’s hands. It is no doubt this is what Democrat’s are really after, and it doesn’t take a thinking Patriot to figure it out!
