Is Obama’s Approval Rating about to Tank?
It appears Obama’s tiring charisma and empty rhetoric is beginning to take effect on the American public. President Obama’s overall approval rating has dropped again, and this time to 58%. Now, I’m amazed that 58% of the public still think he is doing a great job. No doubt this is due to the state run media covering up every mishap and refusing to report on the increasing unemployment rate. (Now approaching 11% nationwide! I guess we need more stimulus!) But it is at least for conservatives a welcomed drop, since our President is doing everything to destroy liberty and the free market in this country. I’m guessing America is beginning to realize that Government does not, and cannot create wealth, no matter how many government programs and regulations the stooges on Capital Hill can create. But the rhetoric keeps on pumping… You can be sure death and taxes will follow.

Obama’s popularity, which is still high, will continue to drop as his policies become clearer to the American public.
Obama has several things going for him.
1. Multiculturalists, or collectivists, or statists, or progressives, or liberals – they are all fundamentally the same politically – place great value in one’s ethnicity or color, one’s gender, one’s sexuality, and one’s religion. Two of these categories, ironically, have nothing to do with what one has actually done, but rather with one’s genes. Sexuality, despite what the homosexual community claims, and religion are choices, . To these above political groups, Obama meets their “value” criteria for ethnicity or color (black) and he is sympathetic to feminist causes (abortion), he has made numerous promises to the homosexual community, and his Christainity is anything but evangelical. If liberals could find a black, female, lesbian, athiest to run for President, they would be in heaven. Obama is the next best thing for now. How ironic that Martin Luther King Jr. said that “he longed for the day when men would be judged by their character and not their color.” The liberal today has demeaned the man who did most to bring equality to American citizens in the 20th century.
2. Obama is not only the “right” color, he has the backing of American institutions that have been captured by liberals. These include:
- most American newspapers including the New York Times and Washington Post.
- National Public Radio – NPR. (Thank God for Talk Radio)
- most TV stations including ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, etc. Only Fox presents are more conservative view.
- Hollywood.
- most of the Administrators and Professors of our prestigious universities.
- powerful unions such as labor, teachers, and lawyers.
- BLOGs such as the Huffington Post and the daily KOS
- the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, the Sierra Club, Greenpeace, etc.
- African Americans and a majority of Hispanics.
- George Soros and his organizations and money.
Given the formidable groups supporting Obama, it is not surprising that his popularity remains high. But wait until taxes are increased, inflation hits home, unemployment continues to rise, we are attacked by terrorists, we are embarrassed again and again by North Korea or Iran, Obama himself and his cronies are caught in corrupt practises, more government takeovers of private industries occur, the Republican party attacks with more vigor and clarity, tax tea parties are resurrected, Americans come to grips with the beliefs of our Founders, etc., then you’ll see his popularity plummet. Sooner or later Obama’s actions will come back to haunt him and the Democrats and he will be seen as what he really is – a narcisstic, inept, cowardly, half-Muslim, half-Christain pseudo-leader – a legend in his own – uh, uh, uh, – mind.
